  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available exclusively for deliveries within Bangkok, Thailand.

  • Payment Confirmation: Once the payment has been sent, the customer must email a payment confirmation or receipt to info@rolexreplicanow.com to initiate the verification process.

2. Order Processing and Shipping

  • Orders are processed only after payment has been successfully verified.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 2 to 5 business days for order preparation and quality control before shipping.

  • Shipping Notification: Once dispatched, a confirmation email will be sent containing the tracking number and instructions on how to monitor the shipment status.

3. Replacement Policy

  • A replacement may be requested only if the watch is found to be defective or non-functional upon arrival.

  • Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The item must be returned in its original, pristine condition.

  • Note: No replacement requests will be accepted after the 7-day grace period.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The customer is responsible for returning the item to the specific shipping address provided by us via email.

  • Conditions: To be eligible for a refund, the watch must be fully functional, unused, and returned in its original condition, including all protective films and packaging.

  • Refund Amount: Only the price of the watch is refundable. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

5. Product Availability

While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, certain models may become unavailable after an order is placed. In such cases, the customer may choose one of the following options:

  1. Replace the item with another model of equal value.

  2. Wait for the item to be restocked.

  3. Request a full refund for the unavailable item.

6. Customs, Taxes, and Duties

  • Customs Responsibility: Rolexreplicanow.com provides a tracking number for every order. However, we are not responsible for shipments seized, delayed, or held by Customs in any country.

  • No Refunds for Customs Seizures: We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders stopped or confiscated by customs authorities.

  • Duties and Taxes: Any import duties, taxes, or local customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

7. Postal Services and Liability

Rolexreplicanow.com is not liable for shipments that are lost, stolen, or damaged by postal services (e.g., USPS, Royal Mail, etc.) or private couriers in any country. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

8. Warranty

Please be advised that no warranty is provided for our products. As these are replica timepieces, they do not carry the international manufacturer’s warranty associated with original luxury watches.
