We cannot accept Cash on Delivery.
Cash on Delivery is available only in Bangkok, Thailand.

The Process Order and Shipping Time
Each order is processed when we confirm the payment. Before the order is shipped we need to process the order. The process time is of the order of 2-5 days. Once processed the order we will ship your order and you will receive the shipping confirm by email with all the details for check the shipping status of your order.
Replacement
You can request a replacement if the watch doesn’t work fine at the time of delivery within 7 days from the delivery date of your order. The watch must be returned in the original condition as it was received.
Note: After the 7 days of delivery date we cannot accept no one replacement.
Refund
We accept the refund request within 48 hours from the delivery date, the customer need send the watch back in our shipping address that will be specified only via email. After we receive the watch back we can send the refund only for the price of the watch, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Note: For Ask a Refund the watch must be fully functional and not used. The watch must be returned in the same condition as it was received, including protective film.
